Support
Three ways
to get it fixed.
Remote first because it is fastest and cheapest, then on-site, then pick-up. In that order, for your benefit rather than theirs.
01 / Remote
Your screen
mirrors the work.
Remote support handles the minor problems that can be fixed quickly without anyone driving out. Usually the most cost-effective option, and the machine never leaves your office or home.
While they work, your monitor mirrors what they are doing, so you can always see which files are being accessed or removed. Nothing happens out of sight.
Prefer to learn it? They reverse the process and their technician watches while they walk you through the steps. You can also schedule the repair for a time you will be away from the machine entirely.
02 / On-Site
When remote
can’t reach it.
If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, somebody comes to you, anywhere on the Mississippi and Alabama Gulf Coast.
On-site covers networking, computer setup and general IT support for an office or a home, and the stated aim is resolving it quickly rather than booking a return visit.
03 / Pick-Up & Delivery
They come
and get it.
A convenient alternative to an on-site visit when the problem needs bench time. They schedule a pick-up at a time that suits you, and drop the machine back off when it is repaired.
They never charge for travel time, and will pick up a computer or IT equipment throughout the whole service area. That is their policy, published on their own site, and it is unusual enough to be worth asking any competitor about.
